Terms

Prices and delivery on our website valid for Republic of South Africa only.

Delivery Information:

All items include free delivery and insurance on the following basis:

Minimum order value R200, to anywhere in South Africa.

You will be advised of expected delivery within 48 hrs of your order being received. We aim to process orders within 5 working days of receipt and deliver non furniture items within a maximum of 14 working days. Items temporarily out of stock may be delayed, in which case we will advise you of the expected delivery date.

All non-furniture items will be delivered to your nearest post office for collection by the customer. Customers will be advised by the post office upon arrival of goods, once dispatched - expected delivery time from Treehouse to the relevant post office is 7 days depending on the location.

Online furniture orders will be delivered free of charge to any one of the following Treehouse Branches for your collection: Bellville (Western Cape), Cavendish Square (Western Cape), Crescent (Durban), Cresta (Johannesburg), Parkmeadows (Johannesburg), Port Elizabeth or Somerset West (Western Cape). Allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. You will be advised the actual dates within 72 hours of order receipt. If requested, Treehouse can arrange for a delivery quotation from the branch to a specified address for the customers account. Treehouse will keep you informed regarding actual delivery dates.

Payments:

Please note that only credit card payments are accepted for online purchases. Selling prices include VAT.

Exchanges and returns:

We will be happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with , as long as they are returned to us in an unused condition, within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase and the original delivery note.

Goods to be returned to:

Please note that in the event of exchanges or refunds the cost of delivery will be for the customers account.

Faulty Product:

In the unlikely event of you receiving product with a manufacturing defect, please return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Once the item has been inspected and the fault acknowledged, we will refund you the cost of delivery.
